Coffee fellows in Ingolstadt

It's a very beautifully located hotel, very nice and clean environment in and out. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the lovely experience.

What can you say big, in the Corona time you can't enjoy anything. Coffee great.

This is the only place at the outlet where you can buy basics like a coffee or a bottle of water. The service is not great but it's a good place to relax mid shopping.

The hot chocolate was nice, but a the price of a brezn was very high 2 Euros. Maybe next time I will get a bagel.

The filled bagels were okay and so was the coffee. The shop is grossly overpriced and the employees are neither friendly nor competent. 21 euros for 2 savings deals (bagel and coffee) and a piece of almond cake is already an announcement. In return, I expect top quality and friendly, competent service. But here my expectations were disappointed. Lovelessly they put my two coffees in front of me, without asking me if I wanted milk and sugar. I had to ask for both and also ask for the amount. Then they put a packet of food in front of my nose. Outside, I noticed that there was only the almond cake in it. So back, past the queue of people waiting and asked about the outstanding bagels. After a short discussion and search, I got it. But that was pretty unprofessional. In view of the lack of gastronomic alternatives in the Ingolstadt Village outlet, I will probably prefer to take coffee and a snack from home next time. I have better quality and less trouble.

The cappuccino tastes good, but in size M it is quite expensive at € 4. However, it must be said that the price-performance ratio of the gastronomy in Ingolstadt Village is not the best. Since there are no real alternatives, I would come again.

Unfortunately, due to Corona, you cannot currently stay in the cafe. That's why everything is only to-go.

Ordered two bagels and a coffee. The coffee was ok. Unfortunately, my second bagel was forgotten, I had to ask several times to get my second bagel. The staff wasn't really friendly either.

The Corona measures were implemented well. However, I was surprised that we didn't have to leave our contact details despite our stay Quality and cleanliness top, muffins sometimes too sweet and artificial.

Really outrageously expensive and the quality is not worth the high price.

Hi, I ordered hot chocolate today. Was actually almost only warm milk. Very little chocolate and not hot :).

Very friendly, very good allocation of seats. Very clean inside and out. Role model for the present time.

Well, service could be friendlier. Unfortunately, the staff does not pay attention to whether masks (correctly including nose) are worn. Cakes are ok.

The food and coffee were great! Unfortunately, the distribution of food and drinks is very narrow and chaotic (we had three customers, the goods came and nobody knew who they were for ...) and the tray return is next to the exit. If you come from outside and want to behave in a corona-compliant manner, you would have to walk around the whole building, to the entrance, past the counter to clear your dishes. It's a bit very complicated ... but the offer is great.

We enjoyed a vanilla macchiato and a slice of cake ... all delicious! Prices in the standard and tables separated by anti Covid panels

I am often in the shop and can only say that the location looks very clean and tidy. The prices are about overpriced than usual. As far as the service is concerned, everything is great and you notice a great working relationship, which was not so present in the past few months.

We had a great coffee and a milk coffee. Both absolutely bad. The coffee didn't taste good and the milk in the milk coffee was much too fluid. This is not due to the quality of the food, but to the setting of the coffee machines.

Very expensive, and the coffee doesn't taste so good. Unfortunately, also latte macchiato and the hot chocolate.

5 people working on 1 cash register and 1 coffee maker. Fun to watch if you have a lot of spare time.

Normal and a bit expensive

The coffee is okay, but nothing special. Unfortunately, man also has to reckon with that, for Iced Macchiato orders a drink at room temperature. Only after complaints, you really get something cold. Probably the worst coffee place I’ve been at. The male staff are completely oblivious to everything. Not friendly, don’t greet. Vacant looks on their faces. The outside seating is great, at least!!

The cleaning lady throw my unfinished ice tea to her bin without asking while I’m just sitting right next to the table. After I noticed she just throw it back to the table with another trash. Very rude and unpleasant.

Poor service. Waited 45 minutes for them to warm up my bagel. (Although they excused themselves and gave me two bagels, after complaining). There were also no labels for the price of water. So you need to ask. 50cl of water costs €3.50 there. 21.06.2018 update: Ingolstadt village management, why do you allow this? Flies on the food, no hygiène. Please replace these guys with another coffee place.

It was a very unfriendly response. After the purchase, the cashier woman told me that I can't put the cream on top of the drink because there is no more cream to top it on. I would have liked another drink if I had no cream and I would like you to say before buying. It was unclear what I was saying, but I was topping up the cream I had said was not on the drinks of other customers one after another. And our drink wasn't made for a long time. I've been waiting in front of the staff who are making it, but I've been skipping orders. When I asked that I hadn't had a drink yet, I said I couldn't make it because it was already sold out... Why did the cashier sell the sold-out drink? I paid money, and after a long wait, I was told it was sold out, which made me very uncomfortable. I had to line up again for a refund, and when I asked the cashier woman for a refund, the staff who made the drinks gave me the drink we ordered, which was the last one. What was it that you said you can't make it because it's sold out? The cashier woman said there was no topping cream, but the cream was topping... It was an unpleasant shop.
